Q: Do you ship to my country?
We offer international shipping to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Q: I’m worried about my package getting stuck in customs.
We ship from your nearest location to minimize the risk of customs fees and speed up the shipping process.
Orders purchased from Europe/USA/Australia/Japan will be sent from the corresponding fulfillment company in that region.

Q: Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so
please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Q: When will I get my order?
A: Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Q: What is Barren Souls' return policy?
A: Our return policy allows for product exchanges only if the product is lost in transit, broken, or mislabeled.

Q: Can I return a product if it doesn't meet my personal preference or if I order the wrong size?
A: We're sorry, but we do not accept returns for any other reason than broken or mislabeled products. We highly suggest you check our size guides before purchasing to ensure you will not end up with an item that doesn’t fit you.

Q: What should I do if I receive a broken or defective item or a mislabeled product?
A: Please get in touch with us immediately at. We will review your request and provide further instructions on returning the item. Please note that returned products must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please get in touch with us with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you

Q: When should I return a broken or mislabeled item?
A: Please get in touch with us immediately upon receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
